Kshipra Health Solutions LLP RECRUITMENT SCIENTIFIC SALES EXECUTIVE (MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE) We are a fast-growing healthcare company (Sales & Marketing) with operations in major metros of India. We are Business Associates in India for Catalysis, S. L., BABE a multinational company based out of Spain and BenQ a company based out of Taiwan. We also have few pharma formulations under our own label. Catalysis, BABE and BenQ will be operating in India through Kshipra Health Solutions LLP. Operations have already started in Mumbai, Gujarat, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Punjab and Chennai. We require self motivated and smart candidates with a thirst and zeal for unending knowledge and ambitions to make it big in life. Positions are for the first line in sales. JOB DESCRIPTION: - You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors. We require B-Pharma/ (Biology, Biotech, and Botany) fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience. MBA freshers can also be considered. Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST. Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to doctors. Utilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctors. Execute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback regarding the same. Conduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed. Focus on updating ones knowledge and skill. Achieve Sales as well as Activity Targets. Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests. Compensation: Kshipra Health Solutions LLP Fresher Graduates - CTC will be INR 2,50,000/- per annum plus allowances, mobile expenses, and unique incentives.
