Primary Responsibilities

Classroom Support

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities

Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students who need additional support

Help supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks

Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment

Student Engagement

Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the lead teacher

Help prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources

Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records

Provide individualized attention to students with diverse learning needs

Administrative Tasks

Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness

Assist with attendance tracking and record-keeping

Support communication between teachers and parents as needed

Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
