· Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP technical work comprises of BTP, CI/CPI, SAP SF Integration Center, SAP SF Intelligent Service, Odata API, Compound employee
· Candidate must have experience in SAP EC, Recruting, OnBoarding, Succession and Performance module in SAP SF
· Candidate MUST HAVE SAP BTP expertise in conjunction with Successfactors and ADP Integration using CI/CPI.
· Candidate should have developed interfaces using the Successfactors services
· Should have experience in setting up Agentry Alerts, Notifications, cloud integration using data services, should have used Success Factors Integration suite.
· Have worked and followed exhaustive coding and design standards in SAP CPI.
· Good knowledge of Agile Scrum, Service Oriented Architecture, Design & Development, design patterns and recommends proper usage of patterns. Guides (and helps others) in creating and reusing components.
· Good understanding of HR processes
