Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP technical work comprises of BTP, CI/CPI, SAP SF Integration Center, SAP SF Intelligent Service, Odata API, Compound employee
Candidate must have experience in SAP EC, Recruting, OnBoarding, Succession and Performance module in SAP SF
Candidate MUST HAVE SAP BTP expertise in conjunction with Successfactors and ADP Integration using CI/CPI.
Candidate should have developed interfaces using the Successfactors services
Should have experience in setting up Agentry Alerts, Notifications, cloud integration using data services, should have used Success Factors Integration suite.
Have worked and followed exhaustive coding and design standards in SAP CPI.
Good knowledge of Agile Scrum, Service Oriented Architecture, Design & Development, design patterns and recommends proper usage of patterns. Guides (and helps others) in creating and reusing components.
Good understanding of HR processes
