Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards

Manage and lead a team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance

Maintain brand standards and service protocols as per Looks Salon and Toni & Guy guidelines

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client concerns professionally

Drive sales through promotions, retail product recommendations, and service upselling

Monitor revenue, expenses, and achieve monthly targets

Maintain inventory, order products, and control stock usage

Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed

Coordinate with vendors and brand representatives

Implement marketing initiatives and loyalty programs to increase repeat clients

Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback
