• should have minimum 1+ years of experience in

• good experience in salesforce development environment

• should be strong in apex, visual force

• should have experience in integration and configuration

• should have very good technical problem-solving skills

• data migration from traditional systems to the salesforce platform using the api and data load techniques

• experience in developing enterprise implementations of complex salesforce applications, with reports, workflow, working with several salesforce objects

• experience with standard/custom object creation, validation rules, etc

• prior experience integrating with web services

• strong programming skills
