required exp. - 3-7 yrs (relevant + as a trainer/training manager
location - ahmedabad (have to travel all over the gujarat for training purpose)
role report into: head hr
notice period - immediate to max 15-20 days
job responsibilities:
∙analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing
programs.
∙plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the
effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training,
meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∙evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations
for improvement to trainees.
∙confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected
production processes, changes, and other factors.
∙develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational
materials.
∙develop testing and evaluation procedures for store teams
∙train cluster managers and store managers in techniques and skills for training and dealing
with store staff.
∙conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
∙conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff
members.
∙evaluates and enhances training programs to maximize revenue goals and enhance staff
development.
∙prepared monthly pjp and adherence of the same in consultation with head hr & brand
regional trainer
∙conduct brand specific training activations; execute brand specific initiatives and seamless
execution across the stores.
∙focus on self development plan
∙prepare & maintain training mis and share periodic data with head hr.
∙assist head trainer in preparing new training content, / update existing content.
∙assist head trainer in maintaining mis and training activation data
∙act as knowledge bank for respective brand .
