Sales Team Leader

We are hiring for sales executive or team leaders. .

- We are looking for enthusiastic online sale Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.

- You will be responsible from closing sales for our company . you deal our the phone and maintaining good relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Supporting Team Member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

ï‚· Supporting in a range of financial/Insurance products over the phone.

ï‚· Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.

ï‚· Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication

ï‚· Set clear team goals and KPIs. ï‚· Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.

ï‚· Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.

ï‚· Do regular performance evaluation

ï‚· Communicate with team about their performance.

ï‚· Monitor team performance and reports on metrics.

ï‚· Motivate team members.

ï‚· Discover training needs and provide coaching.

 Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

ï‚· Plan and organize team building actives.
