Job Responsibilities

Communicating with existing customers and obtaining orders and handling any queries customers have.

Establishing new accounts by calling existing and potential customers.

Focusing on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers

Resolves customer complaints

Responsible for daily order dispatches

Daily reporting to management

Willing to travel (PAN India) as and when required

What You Should Have

Min 3 Years of experience in Sales Order Management

Must have good communication skills

Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel
