Job Description:

We are looking for female candidates for a US Process Customer Support role. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, and willing to work in a night shift environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and queries for US clients

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Maintain professional communication with customers

Follow company guidelines and process requirements

Maintain records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in night shift

Hardworking and responsible attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
