Job Description:
 Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership.
 Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
 Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
 Source and work on customer referrals.
 Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
 Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
 Promote specific products as directed by upper management
 Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
 Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
 Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
 Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
 Negotiating contracts and packages
 organizing sales visits
 Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
 Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
 Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
