Job Description

- Meet or exceed sales targets across product linesautomotive lubricants, inverters, batteries, and generator oilsby implementing effective sales strategies

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and B2B segments, such as workshops, garages, dealers, fleet operators, and industrial clients

- Expand distribution networks and partnerships, ensuring strong presence in assigned geographic territories .

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and secure repeat business

- Conduct technical product presentations and demoscovering lubricant specs, inverter systems, battery performance, and generator oilsto help clients select the right solutions

- Provide after-sales support by addressing client queries or resolving issues in coordination with technical or service teams .

- Regularly monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics and improve product positioning

- Gather feedback on product performance and pricing to relay insights to product development and marketing teams .

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software .

- Generate timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management .

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals

- Ensure prompt follow-up on invoices and collection of payments, working closely with finance or credit teams to manage aging receivables .

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations in assigned territories, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics teams

- Execute area-level promotional activities to increase product visibility and stimulate sales

- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns, product launches, and technical training .

- Coordinate with product and service departments to deliver technical support and post-sales customer satisfaction .
