Roles and Responsibilities: -
Spearheading the entire sales team and overseeing the sales funnel.
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Identifying new revenue opportunities
Collaborating with management on sales goals
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
Streamline & optimising the sales process.
You can have in your team a max of 5 territory sales in charge and up to 2 technical field sales engineers or Marketing field executives.
You will share the responsibility for the team Sales target. It will be your responsibility to push and handhold the team in getting the desired sales output.
Revenue building and Expansion of channel partners will be key responsibilities and assessment parameters.
Corporate & institutional sales will be secondary responsibility. Building the required infrastructure to manage and develop the GEM portal business will be part of the business development strategy.
