key responsibilities
• sales strategy development & execution:
o develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for promoting our testing machines in the pulp and paper industry.
o set ambitious sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of goals in alignment with company objectives.
• market research & analysis:
o conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
o gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities, optimize pricing, and refine marketing strategies.
• customer relationship & voice of customer (voc):
o build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients, distributors, and partners.
o collect and analyse voice of customer (voc) insights to understand customer needs and guide product development and positioning.
• product management & development support:
o collaborate with product management and r&d teams to align sales strategies with product features and development.
o provide feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our testing equipment.
• marketing & branding:
o lead the development of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
o work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and targeted advertising strategies.
• team leadership & coordination:
o oversee and mentor the sales team to meet departmental objectives.
o collaborate with internal departments such as r&d and production to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
