Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing (Building Awareness)
Market Research: Identifying who the customers are and what the competitors are doing.
Lead Generation: Finding new leads (potential customers) through social media, networking, or database research.
Branding: Assisting in creating brochures, ads, or presentations that make the product look professional.
2. Sales (Closing Deals)
Cold Calling/Meetings: Contacting potential clients to pitch products or services.
Negotiation: Discussing prices, discounts, and terms of service to reach a win-win agreement.
Closing: Ensuring the customer signs the contract or pays for the product.
3. Relationship Management
After-Sales Support: Checking in with customers to ensure they are happy (which leads to referrals).
Reporting: Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with daily progress and sales figures.
