duties and responsibilities
-> meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
-> coordinate with sales coordinators to prepare required sales reports and conduct daily meeting with asm & bde.
-> monitor sales back-office team to reduce day to day pending orders.
-> managing overall sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as a team.
-> check forecast against sales trend accuracy with production team.
-> conduct monthly sales review meetings with sales team and production team.
-> uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
-> develop standard sales growth through market expansion.
-> appoint a new distributor in vacant areas and keep support to them to develop secondary sales.
-> do a market visit to collect the market feedback from customers.
-> provides leadership to the sales team.
-> motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
-> discuss with sales team to prepare a monthly sales forecast.
-> regular reporting to management on the retail sales and business development.
requirement:
-> master’s degree in administration or related field.
-> 7 to 10 years’ experience in inner wear sales.
-> age below 35 years.
-> language – malayalam, tamil, english.
