Grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the digital platform.

Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO, Google ads and other tools.

Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales.

Identify strategic business partnerships and execute communication and implementation of these partnerships.

Manage and maintain existing business partnerships efficiently.

Coordinate with brand teams on the execution of marketing or operational activities.

Driving a multiple member team in effectively executing tasks pertaining to operations,

Inventory management and overall P&L.

Manage the operations for providing good quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities pertaining to the website and preparing insights report basis these.

Identify, monitor, and analyse, the systems currently being used and those that can be used to improve overall functioning of operations.

Supervising and troubleshooting the various processes related to functioning and maintenance of websites.
