planning, implementation and monitoring of training plans for new recruits in the sales team

· provide feedback to the cmo team on changing market conditions, competitors, forecast monthly sales and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies

· coordinating promotional activities and executing to increase business time to time

· responsible for handling customer queries and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients

· identify the potential areas both for restaurants & job seekers and strategies for on-boarding them.

· responsible for documenting sales plan, execution, strategies & targeted list of restaurants

· identify hotel management institutes and culinary and strategies for on-boarding them.

· mass registration process for both job seekers/ employers

· assist in partner marketing activities such as job fairs, campaigns and other promotional activities.

· build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· responsible for sustaining and growing the business from key existing clients

· planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to channelize effective sales.

· should be responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

· set the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives.

· apply necessary strategies and techniques for achieving the sales targets.

· help the team to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization and generate new opportunities for the organization.

· responsible for brand promotion make the product popular amongst the consumers. a banner at the wrong place is of no use. canopies must be placed at strategic locations; hoardings should be installed at important places for the best results.

· motivate the team members and make the team a single unit working towards a common objectives.
