role overview
we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead our sales operations in the delhi ncr region. the candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for elevator and escalator products/services.

key responsibilities
• team management and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals in the delhi ncr market.
• identify and generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, presentations, and proposals to negotiation and deal closure.
• build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and facility owners.
• prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
• collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and customer satisfaction.
• monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic sales reports for management.
• participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company offerings.

required skills & qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field (mba preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in elevators, escalators, construction, or building materials.
• strong understanding of elevator/escalator products and industry standards (preferred).
• excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• ability to build strong professional relationships and manage key accounts.
• proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• familiarity with crm tools and basic ms office skills.
