customer engagement: develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate equipment solutions.

quoting and proposal preparation: prepare accurate and timely price quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget constraints.

sales support: collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

market intelligence: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

crm management: maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, activities, and sales pipeline information in the crm system.
