Yellow Calls is a fast-growing outsourcing call center providing top-tier services like telemarketing, customer support, data collection, and market monitoring. We are expanding our international team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client growth.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
💼 Position: Full-time, Contractor Agreement
🕒 Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday–Saturday
🧠 Experience: 5+ years в Sales/BD в индустрии BPO или call-центров
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target and acquire medium and large-scale clients for call center services
• Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to grow presence in the Indian BPO market
• Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through networking, cold calling and industry connections
• Lead client negotiations and close service contracts
• Maintain leads funnel in CRM or Excel
• Provide timely reporting in the prescribed format
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field
• 5+ years of Sales or Business Development experience in BPO/call center industry
• Proven ability to negotiate and finalize deals
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Excel
• Strong communication skills: talkative, open-minded, responsible
• Region of residence: Delhi NCR
• Stable work history (strict requirement: at least 2 years with one employer)
