Key Responsibilities:
Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for life/health/general insurance products.
Train and motivate bank branch staff to generate leads and refer clients for insurance solutions.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank relationship managers to pitch relevant insurance offerings.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads, proposal conversion, and policy issuance.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to provide seamless service to bank customers.
Track daily performance, maintain MIS reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Conduct product awareness campaigns and sales promotions at the branch level.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies during sales and documentation
