Job Description

provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues

- manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities

- collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones

- assist customers with product selection, pricing, and technical information

- process sales orders and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery

-handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

- maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

- previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred
