We need Sales Managers with an active team of Field Sales Executives, already working in the Open Market for Loan Sales work in the banks and NBFCs by generating new leads from the open market. This position is open for anyone willing to work remotely. It's a performance-based pay job. The Sales Managers need to have a laptop.

Responsibilities:

> Manage the whole team of the Sales Executives working under your supervision

> Ensure the Sales Executives achieve their monthly sales target

> Help your team login loan files to the online lead generation portal

> Increase the business sales of the company
