an agency leader (al/sal/gal) will be eligible for performance based fixed & variable

1. fixed salary

2. monthly active new licensed advisor allowance

3. monthly production bonus

4. monthly advisor activation allowance

5. indirect team qpb for senior agency leader/group agency leader (indirect team l1 & l2 - quarterly)

6. self-sourced business payout

they will get different level of certification as per the company norms.
