Currently we do have openings for SALES HEAD in our own company. we are looking for those who has more than 10 years of experience in real estate industry and can sell villas for us .

1) Sales Manager/ GM/ AVP

Below are the details.

a. Experience – 5- 20 years.

b. Excellent Communication Skills.

c. Location – Bangalore.

d. Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft office is mandatory.

JD:

• Develop and execute sale strategies

• Coach monitor and motivate sales team.

• Manage sales budget and set targets

• Identify new business opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.

• Reaching the targets and goals set.

• Compiling and analyzing sales.

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Salary : Salary + Attractive Incentives Schemes.

Salary is not a constraint to the right candidates
