We are looking for a talented and self-motivated professional with proven Managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales with an in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and practices. With 10+ years in Sales Management and Direct sales.
Job Location: Mumbai
Salary Package: 4-5 lacs
Job Responsibilities:
ï‚§ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
ï‚§ Appointing Distributors for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai region
ï‚§ Coordinate sales action plans for an individual salesperson.
ï‚§ Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
ï‚§ Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
ï‚§ Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team.
ï‚§ Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
ï‚§ Develop pricing schedules and rates.
ï‚§ Prepare budgets.
ï‚§ Control expenses and monitor budgets.
ï‚§ Develop promotional ideas and material.
