Head of Sales Department
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales department operators.
- Utilize expertise in sales methods to achieve departmental goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing a team of operators, including task assignment, script development, and script optimization.
- Maintain fluency in both English and Hindi for effective remote work.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and methodologies.
-Prior experience in supervising and managing a team of operators.
- Ability to create, revise, and optimize sales scripts for maximum efficiency.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi to facilitate remote work and communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
