Job Overview:

As a Sales Head in the real estate industry, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including property developers, homeowners, and investors. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration amongst team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support

Monitor and analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales campaigns

Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current market trends

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities

Results-driven attitude, with a track record of achieving sales targets
