looking for candidates to be a field coach to train the frontline sales team (sales officers / business development executives) of a b2b fmcg organisation with pan india presence.

qualification/competency/experience:

academic qualification: graduation or equivalent

experience:min 3-4 years exp in an fmcg organisation in field level, preferably exposure to b2b sector

forte:

a) strong communication skills (english and vernacular)

b) self motivated and ability to work unsupervised.

c) high energy level to work in field along with the trainees

technical skill set: good knowledge of fmcg trade marketing and distribution

employment type: initially on a 3 month contract and then subsequently full time

work location:mumbai, pune and ahmedabad.
