Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or Team Leader to get any issue sorted.
Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
Reach the sales and revenue targets.
Stay up to date with with domestic and international travel trends.
Meeting with the clients virtually.
Maintain accurate records Like customer and sales data.
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, word and Power Point.
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Ability to communicate both in Hindi as well as English.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and
quality while providing service to the customers.
Responsible for answering participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full
