outbound process: upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses

inbound process: attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.

responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.

responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

self-motivated & confident.

education qualification: -

graduates (in any stream) & post-graduates can also apply.

candidate pursuing academics are not eligible.
