Understanding & Analyzing Customers Technical & Commercial requirements, Tender Preparation, submitting competitive offers, attending techno-commercial & negotiation meetings with customers.

Interacting with marketing head to devise the strategies to target the enquiries.

Communicate & Co-ordinate with Central Marketing team, Design team and Execution team, ensuring smooth order booking & execution.

Order Execution includes getting drawing approval, manufacturing clearance from customer, arranging & managing Inspection calls, Dispatch Instructions & collection of payment.

Responsible for business development, market mapping, lead generation and demand creation.

Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Business development activities and generating inquiries from Industrial customer and Utility as well. And payment collections.
