Overview: -

We are Seeking an Experienced & Analytical Sales Operating Officer or City Head

for a SAAS Platform-based early-stage Start-Up.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Conduct market research as and when required for the execution of new

initiatives and CSAT.

Will be responsible for State profitability,

Execution of BTL activities in the region

KPIs:-

o Customers Onboarding

o Customer Acquisition.

o Customer Retention.

o Customer negotiation and escalation management skills.
