The Sales Executive/Travel Consultant (Sales) monitors competitor landscapes to develop sales strategies. He/She also acquires sales through the generation and follow-up of leads. He/She analyses customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention through customer inquiries and feedback.

Analyse client data and purchasing behavior.

Analyse client portfolios to understand client segmentation.

Apply consultative selling techniques to identify clients' needs.

Apply upselling techniques.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals.

Escalate client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.

Follow up on networking interactions and leads.

Follow up with clients to close sales.

Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.

Maintain database of sales leads.

Provide email, social media, or telephone responses to customer inquiries.

Provide feedback on the usage of workplace technology.

Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements.

Provide responses to inquiries on venue facilities and details.

Recommend a range of products and services according to clients' needs.
