• managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
• seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and handhold them in educating them about our product offerings and closing the sale of products.

requirements:
• previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products (health tech, ed-tech, real estate, insurance etc.)
• track record of over-achieving targets.
• strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills.
• familiarity with crm systems, telephony systems and practices, and data entry skills.
• customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship.
• good sales skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• undergraduate degree mandatory.
• fluency in hindi and english, knowledge of regional languages will be preferred (malayalam, bengali, punjabi, telegu).
work experience:
freshers / experience in tele sales up to 1 year in health tech, ed-tech, real estate, insurance etc.
salary:
up to rs. 25,000/ month (for the right candidate salary is not a constraint)
incentives: up to rs. 50,000/month (current avg. incentive pay-out up to rs. 30,000-/-)
office timings:
• 6 days working, (monday to saturday)
• the second saturday of the month is off.
• expected 9 hours of work from the office between (9:00am to 7:00pm)
