Job Responsibilities

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Bubbl Cards.

€¢ Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales.

€¢ Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

€¢ Achieve and exceed inside sales targets and performance metrics.

€¢ Handle customer objections effectively and provide excellent service.

€¢ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

€¢ 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service (voice) experience preferred (Freshers with passion for sales and strong communication skills may apply).

€¢ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

€¢ Excellent verbal communication in English.

€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

€¢ Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.

€¢ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to potential clients.

€¢ Strong data management skills, including maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and client information.

€¢ Ability to prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
