Job Description: Sr. Sales Executive (Home Decor Showroom)
Experience: 2–6 years (Home decor / Furniture / Retail preferred)
Location: Nr. Taj Hotel, Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad
Education: Graduate or equivalent
Role Overview:
The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable home decor products, and ensuring a pleasant buying experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome walk-in customers and understand their decor requirements.
• Present products such as furniture, wall decor, lighting, artefacts, and furnishings.
• Explain features, materials, pricing, and best options according to customer choices.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understand current market trends in home decor.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer handling.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and merchandise presentation.
• Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with backend teams for stock, delivery, and billing.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
