Job Description

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets across assigned territories, enhancing market share and distribution growth

- Conduct market analysis, identifying trends, new business opportunities, and competitor activities to drive informed decisionmaking

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, key accounts, and trade partners to ensure product availability and brand visibility

- Negotiate contracts and agreements, including trade terms, promotional space, and pricing to optimize profitability and competitiveness

- Ensure in-store product visibility, proper shelving, merchandising, and compliance with promotional plans at retail outlets

- Coordinate logistics and distribution, tracking deliveries and managing inventory levels with internal and external supply teams to prevent stock-outs

- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and KPI analysis to management, identifying gaps and recommending action plans

- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge

- Work with marketing on in-store promotions, events, sampling, and activations to boost brand recall and sales at the point of purchase .

- Utilize trade funds and resources strategically, ensuring efficient promotional spending and ROI .

- Collaborate with internal teamsmarketing, supply chain, financeto align sales initiatives with inventory, pricing, and promotional plans .

- Support and mentor field sales staff or distributors, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency in customer engagement .

- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance, maintaining integrity in trade practices, payments, and reporting.
