- Drive revenue growth by generating new business and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Expand the companys presence in untapped areas and build brand visibility.
- Promote Kairav Sanitations range of PVC pipes, bath fittings, and accessories.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dealers, retailers, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Regularly visit partners to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels.
- Ensure smooth order processing and follow-up on deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
- Coordinate with the logistics and back-office team for timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to the management team.
- Suggest strategies based on real-time market feedback.
- Conduct daily field visits across assigned territories.
- Stay updated on product specifications, industry standards, and technical features.
