Our sales team requires a few motivated Salespeople who speak Malayalam and Tamil. The successful applicants will be responsible for selling a particular set of products in India.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Follow the fixed scripts to address the needs and problems faced by customers, and opt-in the orders by call.

• Ensure call records are properly stored call centre's database

• Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament

• Upsell products

Qualifications

Shift Information: Monday to Saturday 9 hours of working in total, 1 hour break in between. 8am-8pm divided to two shifts (Morning shift 8am-5pm) and (Afternoon shift 11am-8pm

Salary Range: First month ₹ and from the second month there will be stake + bonuses ₹ monthly salary can get up to ₹

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Kranjan Entreprises. The Salesperson will be responsible for sales, and effective communication on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills

Inventory Control and Sales skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in sales or retail is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements
