Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable fabrics and textile products
Product Presentation
• Explain fabric types, quality, patterns, and pricing
• Help customers select the right materials based on their needs
Lead Follow-up
• Follow up with existing and new customers
• Maintain good customer relationships
Sales Coordination
• Prepare quotations and share product details
• Coordinate with stock and billing team
Order Management
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in textile / fabric / garment sales preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of different fabric types and materials
Ability to convert enquiries into sales
