Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a proven ability to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify and Target New Clients:** Research and connect with potential clients to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.

- **Conduct Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that showcase our products or services, tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

- **Maintain Client Relationships:** Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Set and strive to meet personal sales goals and contribute to the overall team targets.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- **Prepare Sales Reports:** Document sales activities and provide regular reports to management, helping to track progress and strategy effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients. You should have a persuasive attitude and be able to negotiate effectively. Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of market dynamics are essential. A self-motivated and results-driven mindset is expected, along with good organizational skills. Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office Suite is also beneficial. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
