Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers via cold calling, field visits, industry networking, and digital platforms.
Client Presentations & Pitches: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or business meetings with prospects to understand their needs and showcase value.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, handle price or contract objections confidently, and close profitable sales deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain continuous, healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches to feedback critical insights to management.
Reporting & CRM Updates: Maintain up-to-date pipelines in CRM systems or MS Excel; prepare daily/weekly sales trackers outlining visits made and targets achieved.
