key responsibilities
lead generation and prospecting: actively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, market research, and lead follow-up.
sales presentations and pitching: conduct compelling presentations, demonstrations, and product pitches to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of the company's offerings.
achieve sales targets: meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
negotiation and closing: handle price negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts, and ultimately close sales deals to generate revenue.
client relationship management: build and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
reporting and administration: maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status within the crm (customer relationship management) system. provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
market feedback: gather and relay market information, competitor data, and customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
