Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This role involves significant field travel within Nashik city, Nashik district, and potentially surrounding areas).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Nashik. The Sales Executive will be responsible for actively identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential and existing customers, presenting our products/services, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and market research within the assigned territory.
Initiate contact with potential customers, qualify their needs, and effectively position our products/services.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Conduct professional sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients at their locations (., homes, offices, retail outlets, factories).
Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our offerings to meet specific customer requirements.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Consistently work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively, providing accurate information and solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales deals.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and provide basic post-sales assistance as needed.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or designated reporting tools.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports (daily, weekly) on performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the Nashik region to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
