Sales Executive – Advertising & Media (0-6 Years)

Enoxx News is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.

The role is focused on advertising sales, client acquisition and business development for Enoxx News. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential advertisers, meeting local businesses and decision-makers, presenting Enoxx News advertising opportunities, generating leads, closing sales and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential advertising clients.

- Conduct field visits and meet business owners, marketing representatives and decision-makers.

- Pitch advertising and promotional opportunities offered by Enoxx News.

- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing advertisers.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable communicating with businesses.

- Persuasive, target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Comfortable with field work and local travel.

- Good at building professional relationships.

- Familiar with basic WhatsApp, email and digital communication tools.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome. Experience in sales, advertising, media sales, field marketing or business development will be an advantage.

Important: This is primarily an Advertising Sales & Client Acquisition role. It is not a Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design or Video Editing position.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
