Sales Executive Admissions (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are hiring 5 Sales Executives for Crack JEE/NEET to handle admission counseling. The role involves calling leads generated from our ads, convincing parents/students to visit the campus, and converting them into admissions.

Responsibilities:

Call & follow up with leads from Meta ads.

Explain programs (JEE/NEET coaching, residential & day-boarding).

Schedule and ensure school visits.

Convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain lead records and achieve targets.

Requirements:

Strong communication & convincing skills.

Experience in telecalling/sales preferred.

Target-oriented, persuasive & confident.

Knowledge of JEE/NEET coaching is a plus.

Must work onsite.

Compensation:

Salary based on skills + incentives on conversions.
