sales executive admissions (onsite)

about the role:

we are hiring 5 sales executives for crack jee/neet to handle admission counseling. the role involves calling leads generated from our ads, convincing parents/students to visit the campus, and converting them into admissions.

responsibilities:

call & follow up with leads from meta ads.

explain programs (jee/neet coaching, residential & day-boarding).

schedule and ensure school visits.

convert inquiries into admissions.

maintain lead records and achieve targets.

requirements:

strong communication & convincing skills.

experience in telecalling/sales preferred.

target-oriented, persuasive & confident.

knowledge of jee/neet coaching is a plus.

must work onsite.

compensation:

salary based on skills + incentives on conversions.
