Role & Responsibility:
1. Maintain and update property listings with accurate details. 2. Organize and conduct property site visits. 3. Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support. 4. Sales Target Achievement
5. Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
6. Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
7. Market Analysis
Language Must Known : Tamil And Basic English, other language additional benefits.
Preferred candidate profile:
Gender Preference: Male experienced candidates preferred for field sales roles due to frequent travel and site visits.
Attire: Male - Formal dress code required during working hours and client meetings.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related field (automobile, insurance, banking, etc.).
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Tamil and English (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
A two-wheeler is mandatory for all candidates.
Having a two-wheeler is a compulsory requirement for this role.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Incentives (Incentives Based on performance & Projects)
