Job Summary:
The Call Center Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer engagement, generating inquiries, and converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Make 50+ outbound calls daily to existing and potential buyers.
€¢ Promote products and services effectively to generate interest and inquiries.
€¢ Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
€¢ Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
€¢ Build strong customer relationships through professional and consistent communication.
€¢ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to order.
€¢ Report daily call activity, inquiries generated, and feedback from customers.
€¢ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
€¢ Minimum 1€“2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in trading, FMCG, or industrial sectors).
€¢ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
€¢ Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
€¢ Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
€¢ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
