Responsibilities
Achieve Sales from Existing Customer ECEP.
Pre-sales support to customers which include giving knowledge of company products, handling queries of sales Customer.
Optimum use of SAP BY TEAM.
ISO related works allocated to her.
Error-free Sales Order Punching in SAP.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Taking regular feedback from the customers for service after sales support.
Respond to emails from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Coordinate with the sales team by managing customer’s schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Maintain all records for sent quotations, Proforma Invoices & Booking Orders, Rate Calculators.
